Use all 48 inputs on the GX4816

Hey everyone!

I’ve got a question regarding my SQ6 and the GX4816 stage unit.

So to my understanding the SLink port on my SQ6 only supports 32 inputs when connected to the GX port on the GX4816. At least that is happening at my SQ6. It only shows 32 inputs via the SLink.

Is there a way to use all the 48 inputs on the GX4816 with my SQ6?

I do understand there are a maximum of 48 inputs available on the SQ6 itself, so all the internal inputs have to be sacrifices in order to do so.

Please press in the I/O-Input-Patch “SLink” a 2nd time to get the 33-48 – and more.

I’m going to test that tomorrow. If that is the solution I’ll be super happy and feel a bit dumb at the same time. 😂
