    I am days away from buying a QU24
    Can anyone tell me if it is possible to connect a remote touchscreen monitor and whether cues can be triggered from for example a piece of theatre software.

    The midi spec is available – not seen scene changes in there yet (just starting to look through it).

    The iPad is a rather good remote touchscreen…

    I was thinking of something a little larger 23″ screen for my failing eyes….hands….body in general

    Ok it looks like PC based software is out…..!
    but remote from another screen may be possible.
    Anybody actually doing it?

    I think an editor is the solution for this but not sure we will see one. I am not sure it is as important on a console with limited layers and no banks. I do see ways I could use it after using the GLD editor to pre design shows.
