The worship team cannot hear all mics/instruments through their headphones on the stage.
I have been advised that the volume controls are at the soundboard.
Is anyone able to elaborate on what steps to take to resolve the issue?
I am using the Allen & Heath SQ-7 soundboard.

I would guess that your board is similar to our SQ6, in that the musicians use the SQ4You app (it’s free) on their smart phones to control their own individual monitor mixes.
It is a lot more convenient for the musicians to modify their own mix this way, but the soundtech would still be able to modify their mixes at the board if necessary.

Please provide more details on your setup. Are they using the SQ4you app? Are you running monitors in stereo to their earphones? Are they using in-ears or headphones? You at the board can see (and hear) and control their monitor mixes too. Sometimes it is a mix issue, and sometimes a headphone/volume/isolation issue.
