Looking at all the posts I see many are having issues with firmware 1.5.10r4132. The SQ5 will not read a disk formatted on any of my MACS as of this update.
The console is on 1.5.9r4117
I have until this update, been able to downoad the firmware on my Mac and then move it to the SQ.
I have tried on several versions of Mac
Sonoma 14.3.1
El Capitan 10.11.6
Big Sur 11.7.9
I have not had any issues with Macs until this update
The SQ won’t read a 2g USB formated in Fat16 or 32 on any of the Macs.
If I format the USB from the console then none of the Macs will open it.
Disk Utility sees the drive but won’t read it.
I do not have access to a Windows machine.
This seems to be a new problem.
