Short freezing of the screens

Hi all,

are the short “display freezing moments” still a thing for you or is this problem solved for you with one of the firmware updates? I still have this problem while operating the desk sometimes the screen freezes for 1-3 Seconds and than it is working again. I also had sone complete freezes in the last years but that didn’t happen in the last 12 month or so.

Hi, if you mean these freezes https://youtu.be/YLe521aq8fQ (firmware 1.2x) or these https://youtu.be/ZztqpzY6GVI (firmware 1.24) – then yes they are still present. With firmware 1.25 they are less visible but there is still some work to do with software optimisation. Developers are aware of this issue and they confirmed that this is software related – my support ticket still remains open. Have heard rumors that Avantis has too weak graphic card, but again that was rumor only.

I am seeing the same 1-3 sec on freezes when switching layers too.
