Rotary knobs not working

My client has an SQ-7 we installed in 2018 that is running 1.5.10 r1432 and the rotary knobs don’t function even though I set them to control certain functions such as level control. I did see the display under them light up but they had no affect. Are all the knobs on the same pc board and maybe it’s unplugged? Appreciate any insight. Thanks, Glen

All of the knobs are indeed located on the same single PCB, along with their adjacent push buttons and keys, such as menus and EQ control.
I would recommend sending a message to Support@allen-heath.com to assist you troubleshooting this, or contacting our distributor partner in your region directly, as it seems to be a hardware related issue.
