    Hey Folks

Any ideas on a work-around for the lack of matrix on a QU16? At the moment I am using auxiliaries to run 2 sets of delays for conferencing and it is a bit cumbersome. Is there a way of copying the entire FOH mix faders into the clipboard and pasting them into the AUX’s? It’s a real drag that the QU16 doesn’t have at least a couple of matrixes…and ideas appreciated 🙂

You could take AltOut and loop back to ST3, then delay that to the in fills.

If you set Alt Out to be LR-Post, then your main volume does everything as expected.

Can’t we assign pre/post per mix and channel? I’d try setting all channels to post fader for one mix and all faders to unity. Not tested, but this should give a copy of LR, right?
Sure, using an analogue loopback should work as well.

Yes, but changing master volum doesn’t affect the infills if you do that

Do you have an AR####? If so you can link L&R back in to (for example) 23 & 24. Then select those D Snake channels as the sources for all 3 of the stereo channels, each of which outputs to one of the stereo mixes. That’s 3 pairs of outputs, if you used splitters for that link you’d have 4.

Balanced jacks all over the back of the desk for AltOut to ST3 looping…

    Remember
Set the AltOut knob to a desired level and mark it and/or tape it off as
this will determine your send to the ST3 input and ultimately your delayed aux sends!
This is how I run my center of house and back of house church feeds! 🙂
And they all follow the Stereo Master Fader.
