    Touchscreen Qu16
    The touchscreen is white and nothing appears on the screen. I’ve done the reset but it doesn’t seem to help. The mixer was purchased in December and is thus brand new and there is a guarantee. What should I do, grateful for help.

    Contact the dealer you bought it from.

    The touchscreen is white and nothing appears on the screen.

    I guess it’s broken

    perfection is not possible

    touch screens are touchy
    electronics fails
    stuff happens

    see the dealer if its under warranty and you bought it new from an authorized dealer

    I think there was another recent rather spammy post, that a PC type touchscreen would be a suitable replacement. This has been removed, but Volunteer’s reply remained.

    (So now there’s 3 posts which should probably go!)
