Problems with FX1 and FX2

I’m running a new Avantis and I try to setup my show. For me to rehearsal I play back via Dante (64ch card).

Problem: FX engine 1 and FX engine 2 generate a pulsing signal. All other FX engines run correctly.
– it happens only with all kinds of reverbs. Other effects run correctly. The noise is different when I change the parameters.
– Mute FX send and/or FX return: no change
– unroute FX send and route an AUX as send: no change
– a feedback can be excluded

any ideas or solutions?

Can you try recalling a template show to see if it’s the same? FOH for example

Is the Dante card clocked to the mixer?

The problem is solved: the FX-card was defective. After the provider has changed the card, the desk did what I expected. Thank you anyway!
