PoE on Network Ports

Next time y’all do a hardware revision, it’d be nice to have PoE on the network ports so that we wouldn’t need separate power outlets if we just need to hook up a single controller (well, two, I suppose — one at the surface and one at the MixRack) or a single ME unit.

Obviously this can’t be done with a firmware update, but I figured I’d suggest it anyway.
