We have two new Lav mics, Sure SLXD1, one works fine but the other has problems. When muting the Lav mic it is only muting in house and one channel to the live stream. We have one channel bypassing the mute and feeding live into our livestream. if we mute the entire livestream it shuts off. I have tried comparing all the settings between both of the new mics and I can’t find any difference. Found the problem the first time we used it with a fill in pastor one Sunday. He was singing offkey and we couldn’t mute him without killing all the sound to the stream. I muted everything on the entire board except the livestream feed and it was still passing around the mutes.
