    I know this sounds a bit strange but… Using the CQ-12t in our rehearsal space and the instrument in question is my drum kit. I want to record our sessions in full mix but don’t want it to come out of the speaker we use for the monitoring.The speaker is connected to one of the main “outs”. Sorry for the noob quesion, not a mixing engineer here as you can tell 🙂

    Don’t mute the channel, instead turn the fader all the way down. Also make sure that your tap point is somewhere before the fader (I don’t recall if CQ can even be set post fader).
