Low USB output level from SQ6

I’m setting up my new SQ6 using AUX 12 as a livestream mix via USB to Vmix. I get signal at the pc but it’s very low. Is there another setting I’m missing that can increase the USB output? My gains and faders are already at peak levels…

This includes the reasons for what you’re seeing, some information on gain staging and also some instruction on boosting the output level when required.

Thank you for the information @KeithJ A&H. It was certainly helpful. I continue to refer to the page and learn more each time I read it. However the link now seems to have disappeared, and I can’t seem to navigate my way there through the knowledge base pages…Has it been removed?
