Issue with Shutdown

Hello, I am using the CQ12T. When I turn off the mixer without stopping playback on the USB/SD, the mixer gets stuck on the shutdown screen.

This is why you should do that.
Always switch OFF your mixer using the “Shut Down” function available on the Home page.

That’s exactly the problem; I press the shutdown on the home screen, and it gets stuck on shutdown without reaching the point where it says it’s safe to turn off the power.
