iPad IOS issues ??

I have client who just bought the latest great’ist iPad to use with their system (not sure of the exact model) and it will not connect to the QU Pac, reinstalled the app a couple times, still no go.
It’s a new QU Pac, firmware is up to date.
My older iPad Air2 connects perfect.

Any new settings in the iPad I should look for?

I had a similar problem recently and the local support wasn’t able to resolve the issue. I finally found a fix on getting the iPad to recognise the Qu mixer on the network. I can’t post a video file here. so, I’m trying to figure out what the best way to get the video file to you. Drop me an email at ‘dindae AT SikhSound.com’ and I’ll send the file over.
