    Hi Chris/Dean, Which iPads do you have?

    I have tried this with an iPad 4 and cannot replicate the issue.

    The test IPAD that I referenced is an iPad Mini 3. I will submit the help ticket now.

    Ipad air II running on IOS9.1, IDR64 in V1.94, I see all USers when I’m connectiong on MixPad, one as ADMIN and from User2 to User8.
    So all is OK on my side.
