Headphone gain way too hot

One other thing that’s bothering me (and a lot of colleagues): the headphone volume is incredibly hot. The dial is at maximum 10% of the full range here, otherwise I’ll damage my ears.

Is there any way you could implement a software trim, before it’s sent to the headphone bus?

you have a PFL trim and an trim for listen level to do this, no need for another trim

That’s ehat I initially thought. PAFL trim does not affect the headphone gain however. So yes, I’d like the headphone trim to be included with that.

you can choose two signals to listen to, the PAFL and the listen bus signal
both have a level control…
