    Hi, I had to replace a faulty card in my DX168. I had an issue on one of the inputs being scratchy and really noisy at times. I bought a replacement card from my local supplier. And when I replaced it and did a line check on all the channels, the card was showing up and all the phantom power lights worked and activated when I applied phantom to each channel. But the weird thing is when I checked each channel’s input, when I got to channel 11 (ch 3 on the card) there was no signal, then I realised the signal was coming up on channel 14 (Ch 6 on the card)… Then when I checked the other channels, when I got to Channel 14, it’s signal was coming up on Channel 11…
    I did all the troubleshooting you would do and checked the patching on my SQ5, everything was correct there. I powered down both the console and DX168 and same issue afterwards. I reset the desk to a new scene and re-checked patching and same issue. I have taken the snake to my mate and tried on his SQ5 and had the same issue…
    When I select the phantom power on Ch 11 or Ch 14, it comes up correctly on these channels, but the signal routing is crossed…
    Has anyone come across this? Or do I just have a faulty card that needs to be replaced? I can’t see anything that I could have done wrong on the card installation, so think there is a manufacturing issue. But thought I best check on here first in case anyone has come across this before.
    Thanks in advance.

    @danieljames

    I appreciate you may be technically qualified, but we only recommend that distributors and authorised service centres carry out repairs.
    Please contact your local distributor (https://www.allen-heath.com/community/distributors/), as whether it’s a hardware issue with the board or something else going on, they will be able to get it sorted.

    Thanks,
    Keith.
