We’ve been running the Avantis for over 2 years now and love it. We recently picked up an SQ-5 for portable events, and I was immediately impressed with the way the talkback button works on the SQ (I know, I’m easily impressed). Quick press to latch, hold for momentary. It’s perfect. It’s everything I ever wanted in a talkback button. On our Avantis, we have 2 talkback buttons, one for latching and one for momentary (some of our engineers have different preferences, sometimes you want one or the other, whatever). I would seriously love for a single momentary/latching dual-mode talkback button. Please make it happen!
