I recommend trying with a different ethernet cable, a different router and making sure that a) The router is set as DHCP server and b) That the mixer’s Network configuration is set as DHCP as well.
As a test, you may also connect a computer directly to the Network port and adjust either to match IP address range, this should show Network activity on the Led and allow you to access the MixPad app from the computer (PC or Mac)
If this does not work, then do get in touch with the distributors to have it checked by the authorized service centre.
