Our console has just come back from a rental where the surface and mixrack where connected via the facilities IT infrastructure. The surface will not connect to the mixrack nor can a wired laptop connect via Director through the factory IP addresses. The surface still appears to have the factory IP address and everything including Director is v1.90.
Is it possible the Mixrack IP was manually changed? Any suggestions appreciated
