“little” problem with the mmo attached in the idr32.
if i send a 0-db signal (send ST-L + ST-R with 0DB on the surface) through the optical adat cords into a RME hammerfall HDSP9652 i got only a aprox -16 db at the hammerfall mixer.
    same with the SPDIF out.
    where beginn to search?

    idr32/T112: Version 1.51
    Hammerfall: Version 3.08.1
    recordingsoftware samplitude 9se

    thanks thomas

    Hi Thomas

It sounds like a unit measurement difference. The iLive system displays signal levels in dBu where as most software digital audio workstations (DAW) and computer soundcard control panels display signal level in dBFS.

To test this is the case, Set the signal generator to 0dBu sinewave and assign the signal generator to a mono group, set the mono group fader level to 0dBu then send the mono group out of the ADAT output on the MMO card. the level you should recieve on the input of the DAW should be 0dBu or -18dBFS.

    Hope this helps

    Regards
    Sam A&H
