I love the faders on rotaries option, it seems to make the transition from an analogue to digital desk much easier for most people.

When using the Auxiliaries for monitor sends I find that the gain adjustment is too course. It goes up in 1.5 dB increments compared to the touch screen rotary – 0.3dB and a “channel fader” – 0.1 or 0.2 (can’t remember exactly).

This seems to make it difficult to get the monitor level just the right, especially for some of the more demanding artists.

While I understand you would like the rotary function to more or less match what you get with an analogue knob in terms of the amount of rotation needed, I think using smaller increments would be a better compromise, some where between 0.5 and 1.0 dB.

On another note – just love this desk!
