Hi Debz, as Mervaka says, the Sel buttons correspond to what has been setup in the custom layer.
The Custom Layer is configured Channel 1-16 by default, but any combination of inputs or mixes can be assigned to this page as with the other Qu models.
Go to Setup > Control > Custom Layer to change channels shown here and use the rotary control to select the required channel for the available slot.

Hi Bob, we won’t be keeping previous versions of apps available in the App store, so we recommend that users disable any automatic updating on their devices to avoid unexpected incompatibility with the firmware version your mixer is running. Any major update from A&H will be announced publicly, allowing you to make the choice to update your app and your mixer’s firmware and your apps when it suits you. 🙂

Hi all, the following note has been added to the How to Update GLD Firmware document available here: https://www.allen-heath.com/media/How-to-Update-GLD-Firmware_2.pdf

Disconnect any Allen & Heath ME-U or ME-1 personal monitoring units from the GLD. Due to settings being restored to factory default any update will affect channel names which are automatically retrieved from GLD by the ME system. You can reconnect and ME devices once you have completed the update and recalled your Show file.

Yes we’ve had an ongoing issue with our website showing a 502 bad gateway error over the past week for small amount of users. We are of course taking action to try to diagnose and solve the issue. Unfortunately it’s not a simple one.

Meantime you can resolve the problem in your browser by deleting the specific cookie for allen-heath.com and clearing your cache.

Let me know if you need advice on how to do that.
