I have a recording session in a couple of days at my rehearsal space, would like to know if both USB-sockets can be used simultaneously? I now have USB B feeding my Mac, and A going into the external hard-drive. Can I record to both at the same time?

It should be absolutely fine to run both USB A and B outgoing simultaneously. Remember there’s a global USB A/B switch in the input channel source screen.

Both run well concurrently, did exactly this several times. Full recording via USB A into a DAW and an additional QuDrive multitrack recording for backup purposes only.

Tested this before I purchased, and the fact that it works was one of the main reasons I made the switch to Qu. Have done dual recording at every gig, and it has been absolutely flawless. One of the greatest benefits of Qu, in my book. 🙂
