    Allen & Heath Qu-32 product with stays on the opening screen. We tried to reset, but we can’t pass the opening screen. It doesn’t happen in the software update.
    Can you please advise what kind of solutions you can provide us ? Thank you.

    We found that the problem is due to PCB ASSY QU-32 FADER EXT and PCB ASSY QU-32 FADER MAIN (ARM )
