    Hi,

Ive set up two scenes for different gigs and when recalling one or other scene the stereo input assignments are not recalling as saved?

The second scene i made had all channels as mono, and when i recalled the first scene which had numerous stereo channels assigned they were all reverted back to mono? i reset this scene and saved and recalled the second scene and the same thing, Some what were previously mono on the second scene had recalled as stereo same channels selected in scene 1.

Its as if there’s a safe or global filter thats stopping the stereo inputs assignments from being saved and recalled.

updated to latest firmware 3 days ago before i started setting up the desk.

There is a page in the reference guide where is written was is done on scene level and on showfile level.

There you can see that mono/stereo is not saved in scene’s

    Hi,

Ok so I have to save as a show file to get the stereo inputs and group assigns to recall?

Which means I have to use the usb drive and not the internal memories?? As internal doesn’t seem to have the facility to save show files 🤷‍♂️

Well – in principle, you can also manage stereo inputs via scenes.
You just need to know and decide beforehand how many stereo input channels you need in your two show scenes at most.
You set these in the mixer config – e.g. a total of 6 (37-48).
Now you can patch these stereo pairs to the desired inputs in each scene.
But it might also be more advisable and clearer if you say that you always use the same input pairs that are stereo, e.g. 17-24 on your AR2412 and ST1 and 2 on the SQ-7.

You can also leave your inputs as mono,
and “simulate” stereo input pairs by assigning the left and right channel to a gang group. Don’t enable the pan control, enable the other parameters as you like.
That will be saved in scenes.

It will however neither help with output stereo/mono settings nor with group/aux config (number of auxes/groups)..
These parameters are only saved in shows.
