Installed my SQ in a venue for a show last weekend. Patched in
Wanted to test FOH by sending music through from my laptop. Could see my signal on the channel but it wasn’t appearing in L/R
Noticed a warning triangle at the top of the screen
“fader failure”
It seems nothing is passing from the ‘faders’ to outputs
I did a hard reset twice but was still getting the same message.
At that point i had to give up and install an X32 that was to hand to make the show happen.
Im still just within a year since i purchased the desk but my distributer has since retired.
Is there anything i can do to try and fix this without losing the desk for weeks or months?m
