    A great feature would be to be able to map specific controls on the preamp side to physical soft controls. For example having a “preamp control” menu for soft rotaries and soft buttons, with the rotary being able to tweak the trim and the buttons controlling phantom, pad and polarity switch.

    These features would allow for visually impared people to use the SQ and a lot of tools, since the EQ is fully accessible, sends, mutes, and the only things they wouldn’t be able to use would be scenes and some controls on gate and compressor, but for recording or smaller shows it would be great.

    @Edoardo

    Other than 48V phantom power (to avoid accidents!), all these options exist for the Soft Rotaries on the SQ-6 and SQ-7.
    You can see the full list here – https://www.allen-heath.com/content/uploads/2023/05/SQ_ReferenceGuide_V1_5_0.pdf#page=73&zoom=auto,-361,12

    Note that these can be assigned to specific channels or can control the currently selected channel.

    Cheers,
    Keith.
