    Hey All.

I got a new road case for my Sq5.
there is a 1HE Rackspace underneath the desk.

The problem: I have no idea how to dismount the four feet on the underside of the desk.
Unfortunately they’re blocking my interface, so i can’t put it in my rackspace.

I think your concern has nothing to do with troubleshooting, but rather the opposite. 😉

The feet are small plastic rivets that spread out on the inside.
Theoretically (!) you should be able to pull them out by force.
But the plastic parts will probably break off and then roll around in the console.
The SQ should therefore be opened better for this.

But (!!!): The 4 feet are intentional – also because there are ventilation slots in the back that should never be covered!

    Hey again.

    Thanks for you reply.

I think the ventilation will not be influenced in my case.
The desk is mounted with the original rack-ears and there is just one small moth m2 and one mac mini underneath the desk.
So nothing will block the ventilation.

    The only problem is:

When i open the desk to dismount the feet, my warranty will be expired, right ?
