Signal in Aux but not in Mains

Hello,
I am using a GLD 80 with an AR2412 Audio Rack.
With the mic connected to AR2412, Input 16, the signal is in both the Aux’s and the Mains.
Using the same mic and cable, connected to AR2412, Input 22, the signal is in the Aux’s but not the Mains.
The only difference is unplugging it from Input 16 and plugging it into Input 22.
The channel on the GLD 80 is the same.

This problem depends on the login. Another person using the mixer does not have this problem. We were both set up with the same permissions.
Any ideas?

Sounds like there is a scene recall on the login that changes the routing / patching on that input.
