    Hi!
I just got Qu-Pac but this screen bothers me. Some strange pressure waves. And I’m not pressing, just touching very gently.
Video sample is here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXv3xXVBciA

Is this normal? Or should send it back?

Got to be honest, doesn’t look that bad to me. I’m working on mine tonight so will check it out, compare and report back.

    Thanks Roy, please report back.
Yes, I agree, it’s not that bad but I bought new unit and I have warranty.

Update for xiim: I get something similar to yours but not as obvious. If it was me, I would ask A&H if that is within tolerance and see what they say. I certainly would continue to use it in the meantime.

    Thanks!

I also got feedback from A&H:

    Hi,
This is perfectly normal, it happens because it is a ‘resistive’ screen. So there has to be an element of movement in the top layer of the screen for it to work correctly.

    Thanks!
