Qu-drive on Qu-Pac, no audio

Strange issue, wondering if anyone else has seen this.
Formatted a USB Flash drive in my Qu-Pac, put 10 or so WAV files on it for audio playback.
The Qu-Pac sees the drive, sees the track names, lets me select a track, hit play, the track shows it is playing.
But I am not getting any audio out on ST3.
Took the same flash drive, put it into my Qu-SB, plays back fine. I can hear the audio.
Have tried numerous flash drives, same issue. Fine in the Qu-SB but no audio out of the Qu-Pac.
Any ideas?

Double check on the QU Pac that you have the ST3 source set to be the USB QU Drive
and not the local input jack on the front.

Hey Mike C, you were absolutely correct!
Not sure why I never checked the source. It was set to Local from the last time I had to use laptop music for a ceremony.
