Not recalling Dante gains upon load

Hi guys,

got a very strange issue, running S5000 and a DM64 with v1.97, Dante 128×128 running latest firmware, 3x DT168 on latest firmware v1.4.
When switching different showfiles from internal memory, the gains on the DT168 don’t get updated. They actually al state +5dB on the Gain.
However, when I recall the exact same file from a USB drive, all works fine and preamps are updated correctly.

Any clues?

You might check the release notes for the Dante card firmware. There are a number of known issues listed that may (or might not) apply to your situation, for example:

DT preamp controls might be missing, unavailable or work incorrectly in the following
circumstances:
ID73 Adding DHCP to an active Dante network.
ID75 Hot-plugging a DT device in large networks with several DT devices.
ID77 3 or more A&H Dante cards sharing DT expanders.

I should have checked the release notes. Sorry!
Yet I run 2 other tours with an Avantis, Dante 128×128 and DT’s as well, switching showfiles works like a charm….
