    Hi there

    are there any great Resources for MidiControl on the Avantis. What are the possibilties? How would I communicate with the desk, do I need a special driver? How can I “programm”/write these Midi strings / where can I learn that?

    Steffen is correct. We haven’t fully tested MIDI with Avantis yet, and we’re planning to do so for V1.1 (no ETA yet). The implementation is very similar to dLive, so keen users can download the dLive TCP MIDI protocol specs and the DAW Control driver to have a play, but I strongly recommend to wait for V1.1 for any critical job, or at least test extensively before use. You will need to connect using the IP address method in DAW Control.
