    Hi,
I have been unable to get any data to show on the ME-U landing page. When the web page comes up, it is blank. Doesn’t show channels, setup info etc…
I am connecting directly in the control network port on the front.
I have the correct IP address and the landing page comes up.
Of course it says that I don’t have Java Script enabled on my browser. I have tried installing plugins for Java to work. I have tried multiple browsers, different computers. Even got out IT department to have a look at making sure Java is enabled and setup correctly.

    Am I missing something?
There is an issue with the ME-U that might stop it from working correctly?
It is running the latest firmware.

Was there no solution to this? I am having the same issue. Tried different browsers, confirmed that JavaScript IS ENABLED but the ME-U interface still will not respond.

After a lengthy search, I have found nothing and no one from A&H has replied.
I will be purchasing an Aviom unit next as labeling is taken from the Dante Controller and the device it self seems to only have firmware updates. No control network on new Avioms.

I think it clear that most people don’t use the ME-U landing page. Of course a large percentage of ME users are probably using it with an A&H product, so the channel names come across automatically from the console. This is how I use the ME system and as such, I have never needed to access the ME-U page.

Now I realize that not everyone uses the ME system with an A&H product. Some might be using Dante/Madi/Waves to connect the ME-U to their audio system. Unfortunately I don’t have an answer to the ME-U landing page issue, but I will say that it is pretty easy to customize the labels on the ME devices themselves. It really doesn’t take long to do, and you can save similar setups as a preset on a USB stick and load them into other devices, so you won’t have to start from scratch on every device.

So while I understand that having the ability to set labels in the ME-U landing page would be more convenient overall, it’s not the end of the world if you have to use customized labels instead.
