ME-1 Channel Output limited

One of the channels on our ME-1 has no output (or very little) even thought we can hear the instrument clearly when solo’ed. We noticed there is a little arrow by the level meter on this output. And the arrow moves when trim all is performed. Amy ideas what this is?

I have the same problem! Not sure how to fix this…

Check that the channel isn’t part of a ME group on another key, which would act like a DCA.
Also check the Direct Out level for the channel on your mixer, this is per channel so it is possible it was turned down unintentionally.
