GL2200 lost left monitor output bargraph and headphone output

PFL/AFL buttons all work and will send output to both bargraphs and headphone output left and right.

But with none depressed output is right channel only. (Work around is to press both AFL buttons for mains LR faders)

Everything else works fine. Mains left and right output works fine.

I think this problem happened once before (3 months ago) but it fixed itself. Board is used once a week for a few hours.

The board has not received any significant physical shock in the last 20 years.

Wondering if I need to take the board apart and check solder joints.. or is this a sticky AFL PFL switch? When none depressed red AFL PFL led does not light up. Any AFL buttons will light up led.

I would check and reseat all the ribbon cable connections. Maybe brush a little deoxit on the condition pins.
