So I updated the GLD at the church I do sound for from 1.42 to 1.5. Just as I was shutting down the band after rehearsal, I lost connection with my laptop. Finally I got the connection back and thought nothing of it. As I went back to the board, it was at the main login screen. After I logged in, a screen appeared that the GLD just recovered from a serious error. In a panic, I downgraded to 1.42 as that was quite stable for me for the past… whenever it was released. I was also told by the worship leader who turned the console on that it acted weird and took a long time to boot up. I checked the DHCP server and it was off. For now, I am going to stick with 1.42. Also, when I downgraded, the password for the Admin account was wiped out and the startup scene was turned off. I don’t know if that is another issue to report, but I’m going to anyway.
Has anyone else had issues with 1.5?
