Fimware Update Question

Hey all,

I haven’t been able to get the firmware update (1.9) onto my flashdrive (Kingston DTSE9 G2). First question to you guys is, have any of you had the same issue? Secondly, if you didn’t run into this problem, what data format is your flashdrive set to, and what model are you using?

Never had an issue with any USB drives for firmware and data, only recording.
Needs to be FAT32, format it in the console to be safe.
When you’ve unzipped the AllenHeath-dLive folder do not browse that folder’s contents as operating systems can mess with the structure if you do and that can cause update issues.
You need to unzip the folder onto the root of the drive, not copy the zip file on there.
Don’t forget to save your show file before updating.
