    It happened when the console froze during shutdown.

    a little more information would help
    Firmware version?
    Does it start normal?

    Current firmware, starts OK, although it seemed to take a little longer; I didn’t time it.
    Update: it appears as though it happened when I had a laptop/pro tools connected to the Dante port. Will get back to you with what I find today.
