You need to contact your dealer, installer/integrator or our distribution partner in the US I’m afraid.
User profiles and passwords are stored in the MixRack. Posting the reset procedure on a public forum would defeat the purpose of password protection.
Thanks. I thought the users were stored on the surface. Our installer hasn’t been much help after the fact. But knowing it’s the mixrack I think I know what to do now. Just have to wait until after the holidays now.
