Doing a gig tonight and the desk just froze, no sound, nothing, (on stage too, nightmare!)
Turned it off and on, worked for another 15mins then did it again. Turned it off for about an hour then back on, worked for 2 minutes and froze again!
2nd time in 3 year ive had a huge issue with the qu-16 dying at gigs. Anyone have this problem? Is it solvable?
Really debating a new desk! Please help
Have you checked voltage from the outlets ?
Good luck !

Giga, good call,,,
all too often outlets at venues have worn out connections and are so loose it’s just a crap shoot.
Absolutely set it up at home and check it.
Yeah, + what to think about the huge voltageswings that can happen when you’re actually running from the same source as the kitchen in a smallish bar for instance.
One of the reasons I usually go through a voltageregulator.

Never – our QU has been really good, even when the power wasn’t.
