DAC too hot 195.00c

Hi. I’ve recently noticed the warning sign on my SQ6 screen telling me that my DAC is too hot 195.00c Audio Not Synchronised. Do you think this could be an internal fan that has stopped working? I’ve also lost all my local outputs. If I connect a stage-box the outputs work from this ok. Is the desk safe to use with a stagebox connected or with this problem could it totally overheat and die on a gig? Look forward to a reply Allen & Heath

How is it build in a case? Is there enough airflow. I used my console in 25 degrees unprotected in the sun with no problems.

It’s happened to us take it in to your a&h service agent it’s a hardware fault
