Hi I am working on a way to manage the IEM of my local church and I’m using the custom control app. When I try to upload the file it is asking for a keyring. Does anyone know what this keyring is? when I look to tutorial videos on the internet there custom controll app does not ask for a keyring.
The concept of a keyring in CC is fairly new and was added when CC was updated to support more than one device at the same time. Because you can have multiple A&H devices connected, and all those devices might have different user names and passwords associated with them, the key ring was introduced. It’s basically a single password that you set up that allows CC access to all the connected devices.
