I would like to control a CQ Mixer by a physical midi controller like Novation Launch Control XL.
When I play Live as soloist, I would much rather have physical controls for faders, mute, sends and Eq instead of the touchscreen..
I love the portability (lightweight and size) and audio quality of the CQ, so I’d like to try using it in place of my classic all analogue mixer.
I read in other trad that is possibile, but nobody talk concerning Eq…thought CQ is MCU compatibile and has lots of midi controllable parameters.
You can control levels, mutes, pan, and recall scenes, but not adjust EQ or FX parameters using MIDI.
This is the same with all A&H mixers up to Avantis.
Thanks for the reply.
I will try with Mixing Station to make a midi bridge from Novation Launch Control XL and the CQ20T.
