    I have an SQ-7. We recently purchased S link Audio Networking Card. When I installed it, it feels like it seated correctly. Further, the lights came on and blinked momentarily. However, I am not receiving signal at the stage with my ME-U on the stage (i.e. no lights). I even switched the CAT-6 cables to no avail.

    In full disclosure, I need to do the upgrade on the Firmware.

    Is there a formatting process at the mixer for the S Link Audio Networking Card?

    There is no procedure required for the SLink option card, just like when connecting A&H expanders the card will check and update it’s firmware from the mixers firmware if needed.
    So ensure that the SQ’s firmware is up to date and you should be good to go.
