At least the Director is not the worst mixing app for Windows Tablet, and being used to GLD Editor on tablet I find Director is quite a leap, though FX editing is no better.

Well, it happens since GLD series but at least on dLive and GLD you get a desktop apps. I find lack of Mixpad feature a bit weird for SQ case tho, knowing for the fact that it doesn’t have full featured desktop editor as a replacement for routing and fx(at least the SLink auto assignment does help in routing input, tho not much for the output channel).

Well then, I hope it does appears in future firmware (at least as DEEP processing). It is a useful tool to fix wild channels especially on cases where I’m not behind the board (someone else mixing). A bit sad knowing that Behringer X series and Yamaha TF series has it.

Makes the editor like DLive editor, it is so versatile in term of interface and touch screen interaction (especially the dynamic resolution fader scale like the iPad apps have)

96khz and 48khz will contain different packet size/packet sample I think thus preventing dual running (maybe possible but require 2 packet branch and thus may increase latency for both), and in regards to 64×64 channel SLink I think it is more inline with the fact that SLink and DXHub and GigaAce has similar bandwidth (as seen on DLive structure which also has similar cascading limitation on DX). I do wish SQ has atleast 1 more expansion slot and remove USB recording in favor of 48channel/64channel cards.

Are you sure it is 44khz? Most AH mixer only support 48khz (and probably 96khz for SQ) for WAV files.

I wonder if we purchased those DEEP processing plugin, does it attach to our account or attach to our mixer? What happen should we have to rent the mixer, how can we put plugin on rented board?

SQ color theme follows Qu color theme I think, I wish it follows UI of GLD, it looks a lot nicer.

+1, it will be good in places of remote mixing, especially for monitors since SQ has 12 stereo out.

Combined with Qu-pac or Qu-SB, it will be one of the unique combination for gigging musician with flexibility of having physical fader for faster reaction and having less overall weight than Qu-16, especially the way it connect seems to be standard network protocol and not proprietary. Please make it happen Allen Heath!
