HI you would happen to have the signal generator on at a low level. I did that when I was checking everything out and forgot it on in a monitor mix.
haven’t tried this yet but can yo go out of a stereo mix (outs) then back in to the board via a stereo in? You would have to have the faders down on the main mix though. I need to try this myself!!
