    I have experience the same predicament during the first few weeks after our T-112/IDR-48 came in. Instead of rebooting shutdown then power off both surface & rack, the rack must always be turned on first then the surface so it can connect properly. I guess that should be the sequence since the DSP engine is in the rack. Never had a problem since then.

    Have to agree with kentlowt, it also happens to some yamaha, soundcraft, etc. digital consoles.

    Our unit is working so fine now, i also had to carefully configure the TCP/IPs of network connections. IP conlficts can cause system errors.
